Burnout can happen to anyone, especially with a toxic environment, an overwhelming workload, or bullying and harassment.
It can feel like you have no power to change your situation and no realistic options to get yourself out.
But you might not realize the power you actually have to take action change your situation, with some help.
As someone who has recovered from burnout myself, I’m passionate about helping people gain a new perspective on burnout and take back control of their lives. You don't have to feel trapped anymore.

How do I help?
I’m easy to talk to and I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to express yourself and also have some laughs.
I’ll help you gain a new understanding of yourself and learn powerful strategies for combatting burnout.
Together, we can:
- identify core beliefs about yourself that influence your behaviour and contribute to burnout
- challenge unhelpful thinking that makes you put your own needs and wants last
- address fears and worries about standing up for yourself and reducing people pleasing
- learn coping strategies to deal with guilt tripping and shaming by other people
- find new ways to set boundaries by aligning your actions with your values and goals
- build confidence and self-compassion so you can avoid burnout in the long term
Based on your unique situation and needs, I'll draw from cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed practices to help you reach your goals.
